15 days from delivery to change your mind, and a size swap costs you nothing. Here is exactly how it works and where the limits are.
Open the order in My Orders and pick the item. You have 15 days from delivery to raise a return or exchange.
A courier collects from your delivery address, usually within two working days. Keep the item in its original packaging with the tags on.
Once the piece reaches our studio and passes a quality check, refunds land back on the original payment method in 5–7 business days. Exchanges dispatch the same day the check clears.
Coupon discounts are recalculated across whatever you keep. If a return drops an order below a coupon's minimum, the refund is the amount you actually paid for that item.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo of the piece and the shipping label. We treat these as our error: you get a replacement or a full refund, and we never ask you to pay the return shipping. Email support@cultdivision.com or call +91 80 4718 2200 during Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST.
